All payments made to Military Industrial Complex (MIC) are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, membership fees, training courses, certifications, event or operation participation fees, digital products, documents, resources, and any donations or contributions that include access or benefits.
No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued once payment has been completed, regardless of usage, participation, outcome, or access.
Payment does not guarantee continued access to MIC platforms or services, successful completion of training or certification, eligibility for leadership roles, or participation in events.
MIC reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to services for violations of its Terms of Service or Community Guidelines without refund.
If MIC cancels or reschedules an event, operation, or training, refunds will not be issued. MIC may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or alternative access.
Failure to attend or participate for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or removal for misconduct, does not qualify for a refund.
All digital content and resources are provided as-is. Once access is granted or content is delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from MIC services, revocation of certifications or access, and restriction from future participation.
MIC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by payment processors.
MIC reserves the right to modify pricing, offerings, and this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect transactions completed prior to the change.
